Privacy notice
Privacy notice (art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). This page explains which data Miiiii collects, why, for how long and which rights you have. Version 2026-10-24, updated on 31 October 2026.
Account
To give you an account we use your email and your name and the other data you enter. Basis: the contract (art. 6(1)(b)). We keep the account until you close it. If you choose to sign in with a passkey or a code from an authenticator app, we keep the public key of the passkey and, encrypted, the secret of the code: they only protect your account.
Emails
We send you confirmation and notice emails about what you do in the app. Basis: the contract (art. 6(1)(b)). We keep them as long as the data they refer to.
Security
To protect the app we log technical data about visits (IP address, times, errors). Basis: our legitimate interest in security (art. 6(1)(f)). We keep them for 30 to 90 days.
Who receives the data
The app is built and hosted with 1HERO, a service of Sicilean s.r.l. (Via Roma n. 95, 91021 Campobello di Mazara, Italy), which processes the data only on our behalf as a processor, with its providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email). Some of them are based in the United States: transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, on the Data Privacy Framework. If you write to the email address of the app, your message reaches whoever runs it by email through 1HERO, which does not keep its words; the app keeps who wrote, when and the subject for 12 months. We do not sell your data.
For how long
We keep each piece of data for the time stated in its row. If the app is taken offline, an encrypted copy of the data may remain in our provider’s archive, unused, until we ask for it to be deleted; if you want your data not to remain there either, write to us.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a machine-readable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw a consent (art. 15-22). You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the country where you live. Fields marked as required in the forms are needed to do what you ask; without them we can’t.
Minors
Miiiii is not meant for people under 14. If you are under 14, ask a parent before using it.
